The demurrer is off calendar as to the causes of action alleged by cross-complainants PHVP LLC and SVGC LLC in their second amended cross-complaint filed October 7, 2025 in light of the ruling striking those causes of action, The demurrer is off calendar as to the causes of action alleged by cross-complainant Premkumar Suri because the demurring party filed an amended notice scheduling the hearing for January 22, 2026.
