Sandles The Court APPROVES the petition for Termination of Conservatorship filed by Jennifer Spinetti-Lightfoot, who is the niece and the trustee of the Robert L. Sandles Special Needs Trust, dated October 24, 2025. The Court finds that the facts in the petition demonstrate that the conservatorship is no longer required as Mr. Sandles has lived independently his entire adult life and pays his own living expenses. (See Prob. §1861.)
