The latest CI report notes: While the conservator is noted to care for the conservatee, it appears that the conservatee requires a higher level of care that he is unable to provide for her currently. There have been reported concerns regarding the conservators age. It appears that it may be in the conservatees best interest to remove the current conservator, James Selberg, and to appoint an independent third party such as the Ventura County Public Guardian.
