(Form GC-251 is available at the following URL: https://www.courts.ca.gov/forms.htm) To ensure compliance with the requirement of an annual GC- 251, this matter is set for Case Management Conference at 9:00 a.m. on June 1, 2027, in Department 5. If the Guardian has at that time filed the required GC-251, an appearance will be waived and a new hearing date shall be set for one year out for the filing of the annual Status Report. Absent objection, the Request for Special Immigrant Juvenile Findings is GRANTED and the Court will sign the proposed order submitted by Petitioner.
Further advisements which are not part of tentative ruling: If any objections are filed at or before the time of hearing, the Court will not adopt the tentative ruling and will, instead, set the matter for a contested hearing and the parties will be notified by the Court as to when they should next appear.

TENTATIVE RULING:
Appearances are NOT required. The matter comes on for reconsideration of the orders for temporary guardianship issued ex parte on April 22, 2026, pursuant to Prob C section 2250(f). Upon review of the court file, the Court finds notice of the reconsideration hearing was proper, and no objections to the temporary guardianship have been filed. The temporary guardianship remains in effect until the court addresses the underlying general guardianship petition.

TENTATIVE RULING:
Appearances are NOT required. The matter is CONTINUED to June 16, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. to permit the Court Investigator to complete its investigation. The Guardian is ordered to provide the Court Investigator all financial statements related to the assets of the guardianship estate issued between the dates of July 1, 2021, thru February 1, 2026. The financial statements are to be provided to the Court Investigator no later than one week from the adoption of the tentative ruling.
