CONSERVATORSHIP OF ROBERTA COX

This matter is on calendar for further proceedings on a Petition for Appointment of Conservator of the Person and Estate. An amended Petition has not been filed to address the issues raised on April 6, 2026. A new Citation was not issued for today’s date or served on the Conservatee to address the issues raised on February 23, 2026. A Capacity Declaration has not been filed. A new Citation must be issued and served on the Conservatee, with proof of service filed with the Court.

An amended Petition is required to be filed. A new Notice of Hearing must be filed and served for the continued hearing date, along with a copy of the amended Petition, on all parties entitled to notice. A Capacity Declaration is required to be filed. No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
