At the last hearing on 7/10/26, the Court ordered Petitioner Lynn Ritche Stone to file a new Capacity Declaration on or before 8/7/26. As of 8/11/26, the Capacity Declaration has not been filed.
The prior tentative ruling also inquired whether the proposed conservatee owned an interest in a condominium. Further, the powers requested at attachment #1.i. did not state the authority for the requested powers or provide facts sufficient to grant such powers (see Probate Code §2590(a)). As of 8/11/26, Petitioner has not responded to these issues.
