Based upon the Dr. Kazmi’s Certification of Incapacity dated February 6, 20256 and Dr. Sandhu’s Certification of Incapacity dated March 13, 2026, which the Court has read and considered; and Ms. Kimberly Trujillo’s assertation that she willing and able to serve as co-trustee of the Paulette Paulette B 9:00 26PR00271 B Trujillo Trust with her brother and petitioner Nick Trujillo, the Court removes Paulette B Trujillo as Trujillo Trust trustee of the Paulette B Trujilo Trust and appoints Nick Trujilo and Kimberly Trujillo as co-trustees to serve without bond. Counsel for petitioner is to submit a form of order consistent with this ruling within two weeks.

If proof of publication is received prior to or at the time of hearing the Court will grant the petition, letters of administration with full authority will issue, bond will be waived, Jane Dolan will be Estate of Ridino, appointed as probate referee and a final distribution hearing will be set for July 20, 2027 at 9:00 9:00 26PR00299 Kenneth Leonard a.m. In the event the Administrator is unable to file the petition for final distribution seven (7) days prior to the final distribution hearing, the Executor shall file a status update seven (7) days prior to the hearing.
