Procedural History 17 1) The parties in this matter are Petitioner Huey Fontenot (Husband) and Respondent Leia Dianne 18 Harbour-Fotenot (Wife).
Husband contends the parties married on 4/14/2021 and separated on 19 11/1/2024, for a marriage of 3 years and 2 months. The parties have no minor children in 20 common. Husband is self-represented. 21 2) On for hearing is Husband’s Request for Order filed 12/18/2025. Husband asks the Court to (a) 22 award him temporary guideline spousal support and (b) order Wife to pay rent for August – 23 December in the amount of $11,875. 24 3) Wife has filed no pleadings in this matter to date. 25 4) Per the Findings and Order After Hearing filed 4/1/2026, the Court continued the prior 3/12/2026 26 hearing on Husband’s 12/18/2025 Request for Order to 5/14/2026 because there was no Proof of 27 Service on file indicating service of the Dissolution Petition and Summons.
The Court ordered 28 Husband to file, in advance of the 5/14/2026 hearing date, a Proof of Service indicating that the 29
1 Petition, Summons, Tentative Ruling Instructions, and Findings and Order After Hearing for the 2 3/12/2026 hearing date were served on Wife. 3 5) There have been no additional pleadings filed by either party since the 3/12/2026 hearing date. 4 B. Findings and Order 5 1) Husband’s Request for Order filed 12/18/2025 is denied without prejudice. 6 2) The Court will prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. 7
