OSC Re: Name Change
This matter was continued from June 5 and July 17, 2026, because there was no
proof of publication or CLETS report in the court’s file. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 1277,
subd. (a)(2)(A), 1279.5, subd. (f).) To date, these documents are still not in the court’s
file.
Petitioner did not appear at either of the two hearings even though appearances
were required both times. Following the June 5 hearing, the court mailed a copy of the minute order to petitioner’s address on file but it was returned to the court as
undeliverable. Following the July 17 hearing, the court emailed a copy of the minute
order to petitioner’s email address on file.
TENTATIVE RULING # 8: APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED AT 1:30 P.M., FRIDAY,
AUGUST 14, 2026, IN DEPARTMENT FOUR.
