5. MILLER v. HAEN CONSTRUCTORS, ET AL., 25CV2697

(A) Motion for Attorney Withdrawal

(B) Motion to Continue Hearing on Attorney Withdrawal

On July 2, 2026, plaintiff’s attorney, R. Parker White, filed a motion to be relieved as

counsel.

On August 11, 2026, plaintiff filed an untimely response, which the court has read

and considered. Plaintiff concurrently filed a motion to continue the instant hearing to

allow her additional time to retain a different attorney. The court grants counsel’s motion to withdraw from the case. Therefore, plaintiff’s

motion to continue the hearing is denied as moot. The court, on its own motion, will

continue the Case Management Conference (currently set for September 8, 2026) to

October 20, 2026, to allow plaintiff additional time to retain another attorney.
