18 A. Procedural History 19 1) Petitioner Peter William Coats (Father) and Cici Huong Hoai Vu (Mother) have one minor child 20 together, Daphne (DOB 8/24/2012, age 13). 21 2) In a Findings and Order After Hearing (FOAH) filed 1/21/2026, the Court accepted the parties' 22 partial agreement to share joint legal custody of Daphne; to have Dr. Mark Hirschfield act as the 23 family reunification therapist, with costs to be shared equally between the parties; to have Mother 24 facilitate Daphne's participation in reunification therapy, and to return for a review hearing in 90 25 days.

In addition, the Court ordered that Father shall have parenting time consisting of a weekly 26 family reunification session with Mother and Daphne, and to have a weekly video visit with 27 Daphne three days after each session. The Court also ordered the parties to participate in 28 coparenting counseling and meet and confer to select a mutually agreeable coparenting counselor. 29

1 3) On 4/10/2026, Mother filed an update declaration. On 4/14/2026, Father filed an update 2 declaration. The Court has reviewed and considered both declarations. 3 B. Findings and Orders 4 1) This Court has jurisdiction to make child custody orders in this case under the Uniform Child 5 Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. A violation of this order may subject the party in 6 violation to civil or criminal penalties, or both. The country of habitual residence of the minor 7 child is the United States. 8 2) The parties are ordered to appear at 9am on 4/21/2026 in Department 404. 9
