LAW AND MOTION CALENDAR JULY 10, 2026

5. BUKOFSKY v. RYAN, 22CV1794

OSC Re: Dismissal After Notice of Settlement

On March 19, 2026, plaintiff filed a notice of settlement of the entire case. The

notice states that a request for dismissal would be filed by May 3, 2026. An order to

show cause was set for May 22, 2026. However, there were no appearances. The court

continued the matter to July 10, 2026, and stated it intended to dismiss the case upon

that date if no good cause is found as to why the matter should remain active. Since

then, no new filings have been submitted. Absent objection, the court’s tentative ruling is to dismiss the matter with prejudice.

TENTATIVE RULING # 5: ABSENT OBJECTION, MATTER IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
