This motion was continued and Plaintiff was ordered to provide courtesy copies clearly identifying where the Court may find the supporting memorandum and any other papers filed in support of this motion. Plaintiff provided courtesy copies with a cover letter indicating the supporting memorandum and declaration of counsel were combined into the single filing entitled "NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION . . ." which does not specify in the caption that these supporting papers are included. This combined filing does not comply with CRC 3.1112. =(501/CFH)
