1. The original will admitted on 7/7/22 is missing the witness signatures. Was the original will correctly admitted or was it a copy of the will that was admitted?
2. No § 12200 report was ever filed. The real property asset appears to have sold in August 2024. Why did it take 3 and a half years for this estate to close?
3. The petition is missing pages after page 11. This includes the signature page and any verification page.
4. The fee calculation ignores the loss of $50,000 on the sale of the real property.
Petitioner was ordered to serve and file a verified supplement by 4/24/26. As of 8/10/26, the supplement still has not been filed.
The Court intends to set an OSC re Failure to Comply with Court Order. The mandatory appearance of Petitioner Bernadette Cabreros Berame will be required.
