Motion to compel deposition is GRANTED. The deposition of Defendant shall commence on September 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the office of Plaintiff's counsel, unless the parties mutually agree on another date, time, or location.

Request for monetary sanctions is DENIED. Plaintiff's counsel is admonished to comply with CRC 3.1110(f)(3), i.e., by including exhibit tabs, in connection with all future courtesy copies provided to the Court. =(501/CFH)
