Defendant's wording errors in the Verification do not give rise for a Judgment on the Pleadings pursuant to CCP 438. Additionally, contrary to Plaintiff's assertion CCP 446 does not required "that a verification state the pleading is true "from" the party's own knowledge." (Memorandum of Points and Authorities 4:15-16).
