Subject to the foregoing, a final account is waived. Approve $24,091.31 in statutory fees to Petitioner’s counsel. Approve appropriate statutory fees to Mr. Rupp if requested.

The proposed final distribution of the estate in equal shares to Petitioner and Michael Rupp is consistent with the terms of the will.
