Plaintiff Citibank, N.A.'s unopposed Motion For Order That Matters In Request For Admission Of Truth Of Facts Be Deemed Admitted is GRANTED. The record demonstrates Defendant Santos Henriquez did not provide any responses to Plaintiff's Request For Admissions. Set One. (See Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.280.) Defendant's failure to timely respond is not excused. No meet and confer requirement attaches when no responses have been provided. Plaintiff Citibank, N.A.'s RFAs, Set One are deemed admitted. To the extent Plaintiff's reference to Code of Civil Procedure section 2023.010 is a request for additional sanctions, the request is denied.

Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
