On April 3, 2026 the Court ordered supplemental briefing. Supplemental brief was filed, but does not address all issues per the Court's order.
No later than June 5, 2026 respondents to file a supplemental brief (not to exceed 2 pages), stating specifically what is respondent's "argued-for timeline" within the definition of "prompt" that the respondents asks the Court to adopt. Respondent to provide the exact date by which respondent believes the rejection should have been processed, given the submission for filing on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Petitioner may file a response to the supplemental brief (not to exceed 2 pages) addressing the same issue, i.e. the timeline for "prompt rejection." =(501/CFH)
