201500467007PRCE: In The Matter of Andrew Michael Budinsky 08/11/2026 in Department J6 Hearing re: Annual/Biennial Status Report Conservatorship Review

The Court has received information that the conservatee has passed away. As of 8/6/26, the conservators have not filed the Notice of Conservatee’s Death and Death Certificate as previously ordered. They are ordered again to do so.

Subject to the foregoing, and upon a showing that the estate still meets the requirements of Probate Code section 2628, the Court intends to terminate the conservatorship of the person and estate due to the death of the conservatee.
