On April 28, 2026 and April 29, 2026 without leave of Court moving party made additional filings. There is insufficient time for the Court to review these filings before April 30, 2026 hearing. The Court makes no determination as to the propriety of these filings as they have not yet been reviewed.
The Court also notes that on April 7, 2026 the Court ordered the moving party to provide a copy of a case cited in the moving papers with a cover letter reflecting new hearing date. The Court never received this submission.
Moving party must file a declaration attaching a copy of the case, Ahart v. Goleta Lemon Ass'n (1978) 156 Cal. App. 3d 704 cited at page 3, lines 13-14 of the Memorandum of Points and Authorities filed on February 13, 2026. Declaration must be filed no later than May 29, 2026.
