DEMURRER to Amended COMPLAINT is SUSTAINED with final leave to amend for Plaintiff to allege (1) misrepresentation by each separately named agent; (2) misrepresentation and reasonable reliance in light of the CC&Rs 3.8; the additional contracts for Parking Facility Agreement and Parking License Agreement; and the detailed budget provided to the Plaintiff.
