8. Guardianship of Adelene Rodriguez Vega, Carolina Rodriguez Vega, Berenice Rodriguez Vega, Victor Manuel Rodriguez Vega 25PR00301 Case Management Conference

TENTATIVE RULING:

NO appearances required. The required documents have been received and reviewed. The matter is set for the next annual Case Management Conference at 9:00 a.m. on May 4, 2027, in Department 61 for review of compliance with the filing of the Confidential Guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251). If a completed GC-251 has been filed in a timely fashion prior to the court date, appearances will be waived.

The above stated requirement for the filing of Confidential Guardianship Status Reports and associated court dates applies to each of the wards except Adelene Rodriguez Vega, who achieved the age of 18 on June 15, 2026. As she is now an adult, the guardianship is terminated.

9. Guardianship of Zoey Ann Meekins 25PR00340 Order to Show Cause

TENTATIVE RULING:

Appearance of the Guardian IS required. The Guardian is to appear and show cause why the Court should not impose the sanction of $500 for failing to appear as directed on July 7, 2026, and to demonstrate why the Court should not terminate the guardianship and dismiss the case as abandoned.

10. Guardianship of Cristofher Jose Rodriguez Revolorio 25PR00360 Case Management Conference

TENTATIVE RULING:

NO appearances required. The ward has reached the age of 18 and no further Guardianship Status Reports are required. The case is set for June 1, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 61 to address termination of the guardianship, as the ward will have reached the age of 21.
