Guardianship Case Management Calendar (CMC) Tentative Rulings Tuesday, August 4, 2026

1. Guardianship of Lillyen Ryan Reher 23PR00270 Case Management Conference

TENTATIVE RULING: NO appearances required. The required document has been received and reviewed. The matter is set for the next annual Case Management Conference at 9:00 a.m. on August 3, 2027, in Department 61 for review of compliance with the filing of the Confidential Guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251). If a completed GC-251 has been filed in a timely fashion prior to the court date, appearances will be waived.

2. Guardianship of Valery Florez 24PR00310 Case Management Conference

TENTATIVE RULING: NO appearances required. The ward has reached the age of 18 and no further Guardianship Status Reports are required. The case is set for March 20, 2029, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 61 to address termination of the guardianship, as the ward will have reached the age of 21.

3. Guardianship of Zayden Natalie Dailyn Yoder 24PR01083 Case Management Conference

TENTATIVE RULING: Appearance of the Guardian IS required. The Guardian is to appear either in person or by way of a sufficient mobile connection whereby the Court may effectively communicate with the Guardian. The Guardian is to provide an update on the status of the guardianship transfer to Indiana, to include a case number, current case posture, next scheduled court date, and anticipated date of completion of the transfer. Should the Guardian fail to provide all the information required, the Court will terminate the guardianship in California.
