DEMURRER to Amended COMPLAINT is OFF CALENDAR. Parties are ordered to meet and confer as required by CCP 431.40 no later than May 15, 2026 on a mutually agreed-upon date in person, by phone or by video conference. If parties cannot agree, parties are to meet and confer in-person on May 7, 2026 at 400 McAllister Street, San Francisco, CA at 9:00 a.m.
