Plaintiff JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.'s unopposed Motion To Enter Judgment Under Terms Of Stipulated Settlement is GRANTED. Good cause appearing and consistent with the parties' agreement and Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, judgment shall be entered as such: Plaintiff JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. shall recover $14,602.00 in principal and $0 in costs, for a total judgment of $14,602.00. This is the judgment authorized by the settlement agreement and related events.
