No later than April 15, 2026 respondent shall (1) file a supplemental brief not to exceed 2 pages (a) providing the source of the requirement quoted at page 7 of the opposition: "the court 'must promptly send notice of the rejection' and state reasons," and (b) address the meaning of "promptly," specifically the timeline for "prompt" notice of rejection and authority supporting the argued-for timeline; (2) declaration stating the reasons for failure to respond to January 6, 2026 Notice of Demand for Release of Mechanics Lien. =(501/CFH)
