FIRST NOTICE:

The Court makes the following order after review of the case without conference:

CRC 3.110(b)1) requires the Summons and Complaint be served on all defendants and proof(s) of service filed with the court within 60 days of filing the complaint. This complaint was filed on March 10, 2026 and proof(s) of service should have been filed by now. Plaintiff failed to do so.

Summons and Complaint must be served and proofs of service filed before the next CMC Statements are due. Failure to do so may result in an OSC in re DISMISSAL for failure to comply with CRC; failure to timely serve summons and complaint and failure to comply with the orders of this court.

The Initial Case Management Conference scheduled for 08/07/2026 is continued to 11/19/2026 at 10:25 AM in Department 520 at Hayward Hall of Justice.
