Ruling

CASE NUMBER: 24CV-0206718 This matter is on calendar for review regarding status of service. The matter is not at issue. Defendant Crystal Wells Vuksinich has appeared and Plaintiff filed an Affidavit of Publication as to All Persons Unknown on March 21, 2025. On April 30, 2026, the Court authorized service by publication on Doe Defendant Seirra Kells Oneto, however the Affidavit of Publication filed on July 10, 2026 was not directed at Doe Defendant Sierra Kells Oneto and does not include her name anywhere in the publication.

Request for Entry of Default as to Doe Defendants Robert Kells and Mariah Kells Heiser was denied on May 26, 2026. While both signed a Notice of Acknowledgment, there is no accompanying POS-010, which is required. The matter is continued to Monday, November 2, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Department 63 for status of service. Plaintiff is ordered to take the necessary steps to get the matter at issue prior to the next hearing and to file a status statement no less than five court days prior to the hearing.

No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
