The Court has reviewed the supplemental documents submitted by counsel and is satisfied that the issues raised at the last hearing have been addressed. However, counsel has not yet provided a fully executed copy of the Amended Agreement. The Court CONTINUES the compliance hearing to give counsel the opportunity to file the Amended Agreement. If the Court receives it before the compliance hearing, the Court will vacate the hearing and sign the Amended Proposed Order.
