DEFENDANT MUAAMAR ALMURISHI Motion for Set Aside Default and Default Judgment; to Recall or Quash Writ of Possession to the Extent Available; and for Leave to File Responsive Pleading is continued to August 14, 2026.

No later than August 11, 2026, Defendant to file and serve a supplemental declaration, no more than 2 pages, elaborating on the second sentence of Paragraph 10 of Defendant's declaration filed in support of this motion: "I informed West Coast Property Management that a contractor could go to my other store at 1128 Polk Street, San Francisco, California, known as MESK Discount, and that a worker there could provide keys or accompany the contractor for access or measurements." Specifically, Defendant to specify when, how, and to whom this information regarding Defendant's other store was communicated. If this communication was in writing, Defendant to attach a copy of the written communication as an exhibit.

Additionally, Defendant's counsel is admonished to comply with CRC 3.1113(d)-(f), regarding restrictions on the length of supporting memoranda, in connection with all future motions.=(501/CFH)
