Plaintiffs' Motion for an Order to Realign Defendant-Heir, Alyssa Cortez-Torres, from the Status of Defendant Heir to Plaintiff is GRANTED. No opposition filed. The Court intends to execute Plaintiffs' proposed order. The moving party shall lodge with the clerk in Department 304 by the time set for this hearing a proposed order repeating verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling.
