ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
The Initial Case Management Conference scheduled for 08/06/2026 is continued to 09/24/2026 at 01:30 PM in Department 18 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.
This matter is continued because the parties have failed to timely file case management conference statements no later than 15 days before the case management conference pursuant to CRC 3.725(a). Further failure to comply may result in orders to show cause why monetary sanctions should not be imposed.
Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record.
