Ruling

121 Medicredit Wage and 1. Motion to Certify Class Certification Hour Cases 2. Motion to Deny Class Certification 3. Trial Setting Conference JCCP 5269 The Court has reviewed the parties’ joint Second Amended, Revised, Proposed Class Notice (ROA #643, 645) submitted in response to the Court’s 7/2/2026 minute order. The Court finds that this further revised class notice adequately addresses the Court’s previous concerns.

Accordingly, the Court GRANTS approval of the form and content of the notice.

Plaintiff previously proposed the manner of notice at ROA #564, with a proposed order submitted as Exhibit B in ROA #573. Defendants do not appear to have objected to the manner of notice.

Accordingly, the Court also GRANTS approval of Plaintiff’s proposed manner of notice. To facilitate the Court’s entry of signed order, Plaintiff is ORDERED to separately submit a final proposed order, including the approved Second Amended, Revised, Proposed Class Notice as an exhibit.

Plaintiff shall give notice of this ruling. 122 Barraza vs. Alta Final Accounting Newport Hospital, LLC The settlement administrator, CPT Group.
