The People's unopposed Motion For Order That Requests For Admissions Set No. One Be Deemed Admitted is GRANTED. The record demonstrates the People served their Requests for Admission, Set One on Claimant Andrew Phillips, the requests appear reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence (see Code of Civil Procedure section 2017.010), Claimant did not provide any responses to Plaintiff's Request For Admissions.
