Plaintiff Joseph Naumann's Motion for Preliminary Approval Of Class Action And PAGA Settlement is CONTINUED TO JUNE 25, 2026, AND FURTHER EVIDENCE AND BRIEFING IS ORDERED. The motion is continued to JUNE 25, 2026, at 9 a.m. in this Department.
Plaintiff shall file and serve a supplemental brief/memorandum and supporting evidence no later than 10 court days before the new hearing date, with courtesy copies delivered to the department within 24 hours of submission for filing. Any interested party may file a brief or memorandum discussing these issues no later than the same date with courtesy copies delivered to the department within 24 hours of submission for filing. Moving Party must include a copy of this order with its supplemental brief. Moving Party must prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing. The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
