Plaintiff shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Defendant's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One); Form Interrogatories-General (Set One); Special Interrogatories (Set One), Nos. 1-35 only; and Requests for Production of Documents (Set One) within 5 days of notice of entry of order.

Motion is denied as to Defendant's Special Interrogatories (Set One), Nos. 36-44. (See CCP 2030.030(b).)

Sanctions granted in the amount of $738.
