ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case, including timely filed Case Management Statements, without a conference.

The Court hereby stays the case in its entirety.

Status Conference Re: Stay is scheduled for 02/03/2027 at 01:30 PM in Department 18 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.

The parties are to file a joint updated case management conference statement on pleading paper at least 7 days before the next conference.

The Judicial: Non-Appearance Case Review re: Deadline to File Class Certification Motion scheduled for 01/11/2027 and the Initial Case Management Conference scheduled for 08/05/2026 are vacated.
