1. DEFENDANT SOMA PARK INN CIVIC CENTER, BHULABHAL PATEL, CHANDAN PATEL, TIA SINGH, DIVYESH PATEL MOTION TO STRIKE 1ST Amended COMPLAINT OFF CALENDAR. Parties are ordered to meet and confer in accordance with CCP 430.41 in person or by phone on a mutually agreed upon date no later than March 20, 2026. If parties cannot agree, counsel shall meet and confer in person on March 11, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at 400 McAllister Street, San Francisco, CA. If necessary and proper, Defendant may re-file a motion to strike within 5 court days of meet and confer conference.
