15 The parties are ordered to appear in-person or via Zoom video at 10AM on 8/4/2026 in 16 Department 404 to discuss possible modifications to the current parenting time schedule. The Court 17 tentatively finds it is in Isabella’s best interest for there to be a longer period of regular and 18 consistent Soberlink testing and AA attendance before a significant increase in Silvia’s parenting 19 time is made. At the 8/4/2026 hearing, the Court is inclined to set a further review hearing in 20 approximately 4 months. 21 If a party chooses to appear by Zoom, that party must abide by the Notice and Instructions 22 for Remote Appearance in San Francisco Family Court set forth above. 23

24 A. Procedural History 25 1) Petitioner Allison Robinson (Allison) and Respondent Silvia Robinson (Silvia) have one minor 26 child together, Isabella (DOB 12/24/2024, age 1). Allison lives in Walnut Creek; Silvia lives in 27 San Francisco. 28 2) At a 5/28/2026 hearing, the Court ordered that: 29

1 a. Silvia shall have parenting time with Isabella on Saturdays from 9am to 6pm and 2 Mondays and Fridays from 9:30am to 6:45pm (with the nanny present with Silvia and 3 Isabella on Mondays and Fridays when Silvia works from home) (the parties appear to 4 have slightly adjusted the start and end times of these visits since the hearing);

5 b. Allison shall take Isabella to Silvia in San Francisco for the start of each visit, and Silvia 6 shall take Isabella to Allison in Walnut Creek at the end of each visit; 7 c. Silvia shall continue Soberlink testing as she has been doing prior to the hearing; and 8 d. Silvia shall continue to attend AA meetings and shall provide proof of attendance to the 9 Court prior to the next hearing. 10 3) The Court set a review hearing for 8/4/2026 and ordered the parties to file and serve update 11 declarations at least 10 days before the hearing. Both parties filed update declarations, which the 12 Court has reviewed and considered. Allison requests, among other things, a Brief Focused

13 Assessment and an evidentiary hearing before any significant custody and parenting time 14 modifications are made. Silvia has provided the Court with proof of 186 negative and 0 positive 15 Soberlink tests and AA meeting attendance. She requests, among other things, a 2-2-3 parenting 16 time schedule beginning 8/4/2026. 17 B. Findings and Orders 18 1) This Court has jurisdiction to make child custody orders in this case under the Uniform Child 19 Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act.
