PLAINTIFF SARAH LEWIS MOTION FOR LEAVE TO File Supplemental Complaint is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file and serve (in accordance with CCP 464(c)) supplemental complaint no later than March 6, 2026.
Supplemental complaint shall be stated in clear and concise language. There shall be no discussion of case law, procedural history or any facts pre-December 8, 2023 (the day this case was filed). Supplemental complaint may only include causes of action and requests for relief arising solely out of the post- December 8, 2023 facts. =(501/CFH)
