PLAINTIFF SARAH GEROME MOTION FOR LEAVE TO File Third Amended Complaint is DENIED without prejudice. Plaintiff again failed to comply with CRC 3.1325. The Court notes that this Motion for Leave to File Third Amended Complaint was filed less than 2 hours after the Court issued its tentative ruling on January 23, 2026. Plaintiff shall NOT re-file the motion for leave to file an amended complaint until Plaintiff thoroughly familiarizes herself with CRC 3.1324 and complies with every subsection.
