PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO VACATE ORDER (CCP SECTION 663) DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF SUPERSEDEAS AND MOTION TO STAY CITY PROCEEDINGS is DENIED. The Order is not void.
Defendant responded to the operative pleading, the Eighth Amended Complaint, by filing a demurrer, and the matter was heard on the merits after full briefing.
