The record demonstrates Defendant Big Dog City Corporation did not provide any responses to Plaintiff's Request For Admissions. Set One. (See Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.280.) Defendant's failure to timely respond is not excused. No meet and confer requirement when no responses have been provided. Plaintiff, however, met and conferred. Plaintiffs' RFAs, Set One, executed June 23, 2025, are deemed admitted.
Defendant Big Dog City Corporation shall pay to Plaintiff Alejandra Perez monetary sanctions in an amount of $1,260, payment within 30 days of notice of this order. (See Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.280(c).) To the extent Plaintiff seeks additional or different relief, the motion is denied.

Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.
