Plaintiff and their counsel are ordered to meet and confer in good faith via the phone or in-person per CCP 430.41 no later than February 27, 2026 on a date agreed upon by the parties. If parties cannot agree on the date, parties shall meet and confer in-person at the San Francisco Superior Court (400 McAllister Street, San Francisco, CA 94102) on February 18, 2026.
Within 10 days of meeting and conferring or March 13, 2026, whichever is later, Defendant may re-file the demurrer if necessary and proper. Defendant shall not be charged a filing fee. =(501/REQ)
