2. DEFENDANT SAN FRANCISCO GRAVEL'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT. Defendant San Francisco Gravel's ("Defendant" or "SFG") Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED. Given that the same Plaintiff, Timothy Deasy ("Plaintiff"), brings the claims at issue against both Defendants JSG and SFG, and SFG's motion suffers from the same defects outlined above, the motion is denied.
