Plaintiff Keep America Safe and Beautiful's unopposed Motion to Approve Proposition 65 Settlement and Consent Judgment is GRANTED.

Good cause appearing, Plaintiff's motion to approve settlement pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25249.7(f) and Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 is granted. Based on the record before it, the court finds: (1) the injunctive relief required by the settlement complies with Proposition 65; (2) the penalty amounts are reasonable based on the criteria set forth in Health and Safety Code section 25249.7(b)(2); and, (3) the award of attorney's fees is reasonable under California law.

The consent judgments shall be entered consistent with the Proposition 65 Settlement and the Parties' [Proposed] Consent Judgment.

Prior to the hearing time, Moving Party shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org a proposed order quoting the text above verbatim. Prior to the hearing time, Moving Party must lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org a copy of the proposed consent judgment executed by all relevant parties.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
