Plaintiff Bettina Schneider's Motion for Leave to File Amendment to Complaint Naming Corrine Zaracotas, Administrator of the Estate of Timoleon Zaracotas, Deceased, is GRANTED. Good cause appearing, the court grants Plaintiff leave to file an amendment to her complaint to add Corrine Zaracotas, Administrator of the Estate of Timoleon Zaracotas, as a defendant. Plaintiff must file her amendment to the complaint forthwith but no later than February 3, 2026.

Moving Party is ordered to prepare a proposed order containing the above text verbatim and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.
