PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR ORDER SEALING THE RECORD PER CALIFORNIA RULE OF COURT 2.550(D) is DENIED. No evidence provided that any prospective landlord ever reviews case files involving prospective tenants that have not been reduced to a judgment; or that such case has any impact on a credit score.
