ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION SHOULD NOT BE ISSUED is DENIED. Moving party fails to provide any evidence in the moving papers to carry its burden to show a reasonable probability of success on the merits. Moving party's attempt to rectify this defect in the reply is not supported by any authority. (Reply 3:25-4:1-2). Moving party also failed to show that the defendant does not have a valid security interest in the equipment. See Raleigh Industries of America, Inc., v. Tassone (1977) 74 Cal. App. 3d 692, 698. =(501/CFH)
